"Princess Amelia is dead... and one of you will replace her."

Seventeen-year-old Victoria Sandalwood has served the Duke and Duchess all her life. Over the years, she’s learned to make due with what she has and endure her surrogate father’s awful punishments. She dreams of escape, but never expected it to come in the form of a message from the Queen of Westeria.

Victoria learns that she’s the Queen’s daughter, the younger sister to Princess Amelia, and it’s time to come home and claim her birthright. When she arrives, she discovers she’s not the only one who received the royal message.

Victoria must compete with six other girls to earn the affection of both the Queen and a princely suitor… and to replace the secretly deceased Princess Amelia. If she fails to win the crown, Victoria may just have to fight for her life…

Royal Replicas is the first book in a YA dystopian series. If you enjoy courtly intrigue, heart-pounding adventure, and sweet romance, then you’ll love this captivating story. Perfect for fans of Kiera Cass, Bella Forrest, and Veronica Roth.

When I read the description for the book was skeptical if I was going to like the book. Oh boy am I glad I gave it a chance because it is amazing! I was a little confused about the introduction to the book but as I read on it made more and more sense.

Now there were a couple of scenes that portrayed some violence between Victoria and Master Ramsey that were a little bit hard to read. But they were are very important to the plot of the story. They were a bit graphic but not too overboard.

Victoria Sandalwood was always treated less than equal to the rest of her “family”. But when she finds out that she is the kingdom’s Princess everything is about to change, so she thinks. She is about to enter a deadly competition with more twists and turns.

Oh, and did I mention there is kinda of a love triangle? Prince Byrone and Kale are both so lovable it’s hard to pick which one I want Victoria to be with. This book causes so many emotions. lol

I was really drawn into this story, and the ending was crazy! I can’t wait to read the next book in the series. If you enjoy books about royalty, then this one is for you!
